The shaft is made of high-precision cold-drawn steel, and the tubing uses high-frequency welded pipe with uniform wall thickness, high roundness, straightness, and precision, effectively reducing radial runout and ensuring uniform rotation during operation.

 

The bearings use genuine Harbin, Wacker Chemie, and Luoyang bearings. The bearing housings and dust covers are made of high-quality steel plates by stamping. One-time high-efficiency, long-life lithium-based lubrication is used, and a labyrinth seal structure is employed, providing excellent waterproof and dustproof performance.

 

The rotational friction resistance coefficient of the idler roller under laboratory conditions is 0.02~0.022, and the simulated friction resistance coefficient under field working conditions is 0.022.

 

The load coefficient of the idler roller is selected according to CEMA standards; the rotation angle of the idler roller shaft should be less than 10°; the radial runout of the idler roller outer diameter should not exceed 0.6mm; the axial displacement of the roller should not exceed 0.5mm; the rotational resistance coefficient of the idler roller should not exceed 0.02; the bearing fit of the idler roller is selected according to DIN standards.

 

Low radial runout, with the load-bearing idler roller guaranteed to be below 0.35mm; low rotational resistance, with a resistance coefficient below 0.010; excellent dustproof and waterproof performance, with zero water ingress after a 72-hour waterproof test; permanent lubrication and long service life (no less than 30,000 hours).
