Friction self-aligning idler assemblies are used to adjust conveyor belt deviation, prevent snaking, and ensure stable conveyor belt operation. These idlers feature advanced structures and reliable performance. The roller skins are made of strictly selected high-quality welded pipes with stringent tolerance requirements. The shaft material is cold-drawn round steel, the bearing housing is made of high-quality stamped steel plate, and the sealing structure uses a PDC type with a triple sealing device, providing excellent dustproof and waterproof performance. After assembly, the rollers have high strength, low radial runout, low rotational resistance, are lightweight, have low energy consumption, and a long service life.
